We found Donna on Zillow based on the reviews and she turned out to be our best find during the purchasing of our investment property. Donna pushed her way through dealing with difficult sellers and found us a house that is at least $10,000 below comps. She demonstrated a refined instinct for identifying our needs as prospective home owners. She knew the area very well; identified new house listings that she knew we would find appealing; and was never shy about saying "Guys, I think we can do better than this..." when it came to houses that needed work or rough neighborhoods.
